bdb8 Terms and Conditions
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the bdb8 platform. This document forms a legally binding agreement between you and bdb8.
1. Introduction and Applicability
These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the organization operating the bdb8 platform ("bdb8", "we", "us") and any user of the platform ("you", "member", "player"). By using our services through the bdb8 website, mobile application, or any other channel, you are automatically considered to have accepted these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms in part or in full at any time. Revised Terms take effect as soon as they are published on this page. If you continue to use bdb8 after any changes, you are considered to have accepted the updated Terms.
2. Account Registration and Identity Verification
To create an account on bdb8, you must provide accurate and complete personal information. Providing incorrect or false information may result in your account being closed at any time and any funds in the account being forfeited.

- Each individual may hold only one account.
- Providing your correct name, date of birth, and contact details is mandatory.
- You may be asked to submit identity documents at any time.
- Account credentials may not be transferred to anyone else.
Account Security
- Keeping your password confidential is your responsibility.

- Always log out from shared devices.
- You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account.
bdb8 reserves the right to verify any account and may request a National ID (NID), passport, or other government-issued documents as needed. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.
3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Policy
bdb8 uses local Bangladeshi payment methods. All transactions are carried out in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). The key deposit and withdrawal conditions are outlined in the table below.

At the time of withdrawal, the name on the payment account must match the name of the depositor. Withdrawals to third-party accounts will not be processed. bdb8 reserves the right to delay payments for unusual or suspicious transactions until additional verification is completed.
4. Bonuses and Promotional Offers
bdb8 provides various bonuses and promotional offers to its members. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions that must be met.
Welcome Bonus Terms
New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of ৳8,000. A 25x wagering requirement must be met before this bonus can be withdrawn.
- The bonus applies only once per account.
- Withdrawing while a bonus is active will result in the bonus being cancelled.
- The deadline to complete the wagering requirement is 30 days from the date the bonus is credited.

VIP Cashback Policy
The bdb8 VIP program has five tiers. The weekly cashback rate for each tier is as follows:
- Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback
- Silver: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback
- Gold: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback
- Platinum: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback
- Diamond: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback
VIP tier advancement depends on member activity and their relationship with the platform. bdb8 reserves the right to modify or cancel VIP benefits.
Attempting to claim bonus benefits using multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, all associated accounts will be closed and all deposited funds will be forfeited.
5. Gameplay and Betting Rules
All games and betting facilities offered on bdb8 are operated entirely for entertainment purposes. The outcome of each game is determined by a neutral Random Number Generator (RNG).
Game Terms
- Bets cannot be changed after a round has started.
- If a game is incomplete due to a technical error, the bet amount will be refunded.
- In the event of a dispute over results, bdb8's server logs will be considered the final proof.
- Exploiting software bugs or vulnerabilities is strictly prohibited.
Sports Betting Terms
- Betting on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports is governed by pre-set rules.
- If a match is cancelled or suspended, the related bets will be void and funds will be returned.
- Bets must be confirmed before odds change.
- bdb8 reserves the right to void bets associated with match fixing or misconduct.
bdb8 reserves the right to temporarily suspend services due to server maintenance, upgrades, or unexpected technical issues. In such cases bdb8 is not liable for any financial loss, however funds from incomplete bets will be returned.
6. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on bdb8. Violating these restrictions will result in immediate account closure and may lead to legal action.

- Registering or operating an account using another person's identity.
- Using the platform to launder money or legitimize funds from illegal sources.
- Using any software bots, scripts, or automated methods.
- Engaging in fraudulent conduct toward other members.
- Attempting to hack bdb8's systems or exploit vulnerabilities.
- Making false bonus claims or attempting to claim the same bonus more than once.
- Operating an account on behalf of a minor or granting them access.
7. Privacy and Data Protection

Setting Limits
You can set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Reducing a limit takes effect immediately; increasing a limit takes effect after 24 hours.

You may request to close your own account at any time through our support team. Any remaining balance must be fully withdrawn before the account is closed. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn unless the wagering requirement has been met.
bdb8 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:
- Violation of any provision of these Terms.
- Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
- Providing false identity or information.
- If minority is proven.
- Legal obligations or government directives.
- Extended inactivity (more than 12 months).
